FREQUENT QUESTIONS

° Does the price of the prints include the frame?

​

The price shown for the prints does NOT include a frame, it is the total cost of the printed piece, with this it refers to the extension of the cotton paper on which the engraving printing process has been carried out. In the case of some paintings (watercolor) shown with frame, the price shown DOES include the frame.

° Are the prints unique?

 

The engraving prints are original, each of the prints are made from the reproduction of a manually engraved motherboard and have a limited print run. In the case of prints that are colored by hand, the process in each of the copies is made completely manually and so they may have slight variations in hue without affecting their originality, on the contrary. In the case of paintings (watercolors) the pieces are totally unique and unrepeatable.

All images, both prints and paintings, are the total production of Espacio Panoplia and the artists and the artists who collaborate with the workshop, as they are protected by their copyright.

° How long does the purchase process take?

 

The purchase process is relatively simple, the times can be extended in international shipments by the times in electronic transfers and Paypal payments. Previous shipments quoted in costs are made one day after the payments are reflected, in the case of some cards payments via Paypal have been delayed up to 7 business days, in the same way, the shipment is made once payment is made.

° If I make my payment by interbank transfer, is it the same as by Paypal?

 

Due to the policies of each system it is not the same process when making the payment, by means of interbank transfer each bank manages its quota policies which require consulting each client in the case of their bank. In the case of payments with Paypal, the total purchase must be added 5.6% of the commission that covers the use of the application.
