SHIPPING& RETURNS POLICY

Each print is shipped using the appropriate packaging for transportation. In the case of small format prints, they are placed on a rigid support by means of which they are packed with paper and a cover is placed as an envelope. In the larger format, the packaging is done by placing the printed (s) rolled inside a rigid cardboard tube with small covers of the same material to avoid that the printed paper surface suffers from any inconvenience in its handling of transportation by the parcels contracted for this purpose. In the case of the pieces whose price includes a frame, the packaging is made with bubble wrap and cardboard to assemble a small box that contains it for its corresponding shipment.

The shipping cost is previously quoted with the client, for this it is important to communicate by email providing your postal address for shipping.

Once the purchase is made, there are NO returns or refunds, so it is very important that as a buyer you clarify all your doubts, to which we will gladly respond via email.

The work will be sent one day after the payment, by any of the available means, becomes effective.

* Due to the contingency for Covid-19, at the moment the shipments are being made once a week, if at least two orders are in the process of purchase, the shipment will be made trying to match them in the same week. We appreciate your understanding of the inconvenience in this regard.
